„I booked through hotels.com and received confirmation emails however when I got to the hotel they had no record of my reservation. This was a stressful way to start my weekend with my family. Luckily, they were able to still get me a room but said I should contact hotels.com to let them know is there was a problem with my online booking. “

„The bed was comfortable. The shower had good water pressure and plenty of hot water. The entire room was clean. The air conditioner worked well. We had everything we needed! Breakfast was subpar, even by hotel breakfast standards but that was the least of our concerns. We enjoyed our stay!“
