Unsere Gäste sind unsere Priorität !! Einfacher Zugang vom Boden aus von Champion Villa komplett aktualisiert und bereit als ersten Jahr vermietet. Diese End-Einheit mit Blick auf die natürliche Umgebung des 16. Grün auf dem Willard Bryd natürlich auf Sea Trail Golf Resort. Die Villa bietet 1450 Quadratfuß Wohnfläche mit einem offenen und großzügigen Wohn- / Esszimmer / Küche kombiniert Bereich, eine voll ausgestattete Küche, wenn Sie Urlauber sind, die volle Mahlzeiten kochen, ein Full-Size-Waschmaschine und Trockner, sowie einen privaten Veranda in günstiger Lage nur nur einen kurzen Spaziergang entfernt von den Pools und das Activity Center. Neu Laminatboden im Wohnzimmer, Veranda und Küche installiert, frisch gestrichen und extra sauber. Privat sicheren Internetzugang inklusive. Zwei Queen-Betten mit eigenem Bad im Hauptteil der Villa und zwei zusätzliche Queen-Betten im Nebenzimmer mit Vollbad. Der Nebenraum ist komplett mit einer Mini-Küche, Kühlschrank in voller Größe, für zwei im Restaurant zu essen, Sitzecke mit Flachbild-TV und Arbeitsplatz so dass für alle unsere Gäste ihre Privatsphäre und Räume zu haben, sich zu entspannen.

This condo was perfect! The complex is quiet and tidy. It was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Location was awesome! It is within a few miles of the ocean and Calabash. The nice pool was right across the parking lot. There were noodles, floaties, goggles and toys available for use which my grandkids really loved. The unit was spacious and beds super comfy! The best thing was the dispenser in the showers for shampoo, conditioner and body wash. We didn't have any problems at all. Highly recommend!!

Loved that we didn't have to climb stairs with all our stuff. It was nice that it was an end unit with greenery around us. The porch was nice although someone had not adhered to the no smoking and the porched had to be aired out. I sat out there every chance I got. My bed was very comfortable and the furniture was also comfortable unlike a lot of places. It was quiet where we stayed so it made decompressing from a very busy year and season with our food truck and our other jobs. lol We really enjoyed our stay even though we had to drive to the beach. There were markets everywhere all week and we tried new restaurants. The only thing I would suggest is to buy a few more metal baking sheets ( ones from Sam's club. lol They are cheap but good.) The pots and pans were okay too but food always stuck no matter what temp or oil used. But if that is all that the place needs then I can just bring mine because we enjoyed our stay very much. The owners were super responsive and nice!!

Everything was good, only the conditioner dispenser in main bathroom did not work, we did not use door to mini suite, it seemed not to work properly. We were very comfortable, thank you for letting us stay.

The condo was great...clean and very roomy! It felt like home. The location was good as well so that was nice. The owners were very responsive before the stay as well as during when issues with the TVs came up. I would definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay. Though it sleeps 8 people,it is very comfortable for 4 people. Well-stocked kitchen. We liked the patio, as well. The villa side-suite provided additional room. Very relaxing view of the golf course.Quiet location with ample free parking. We enjoyed both the Villa pool, and the Sea Trail Activity Center.

This was an awesome place to stay. Everything we needed was provided. The owners communicated with us prior to our stay. One TV did not work, I called them and they were right on it, to make sure it was fixed. Beds were nice and firm and very comfortable. I would stay here again.

Really a very beautiful place, a real little corner of paradise for golfers, everything is nearby (several golf courses, restaurants, beach and attractions). While being close to everything, the town and the site are very clean and really peaceful. We are already looking forward to booking our next vacation here. The owners were very helpful, when we had a question they responded really quickly. They are amazing hosts. Thank you again.

Property and grounds are well taken care of and the pool was very clean. Rental property- we had everything we needed, plus the interiors were really nice. Loved the porch. Seating was plentiful whether inside or out. The beds were comfortable. The unit was quiet and if you like to bike, walk/run you will have options without a lot of traffic. The location was ideal as we were close to Sunset Beach, not too far from Southport (ferry to Bald Head Island, Jailhouse Provisions Restaurant) and central to what we wanted; Oyster Rock, Bagel Dock, Calabash Deli, Calabash Creamery, Lowe's Grocery store-(the cakes are delicious). Property owners Sanford and Sandra were wonderful! We did contact them once and they were quick to respond to us. My sisters and I would definitely choose this property if visiting again.
