The Space:

Step inside your newly renovated private getaway and feel instantly at home. The open-concept kitchen features sleek stone countertops, a Keurig and drip coffee maker for your morning pick-me-up, and counter seating for three—ideal for chatting over snacks or planning the day ahead. The adjacent dining table seats four and is the perfect spot for family dinners, puzzles, or late-night card games. Flowing into the living room, you’ll find comfort in every corner: a cozy couch, oversized char, two recliners, and a smart TV for movie nights or streaming your favorite shows. A fireplace adds warmth and ambiance for cooler evenings, while a selection of board games invites playful downtime. As sunlight pours in through sliding glass doors, step out onto your screened-in private balcony to enjoy stunning lake views. A high-top table for two and additional seating create a peaceful perch for your morning coffee or evening glass of wine as the sun dips below the horizon.

This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.



Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed, balcony access, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.



Bedroom #2 includes 2 twin size beds.



This home also includes an additional full bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Parking for 1 vehicle in a marked spot in front of the unit. Additional vehicles may park in any available unmarked space around the complex.

• The use or parking of golf carts on the property is not permitted.

• BBQ grill is communal and shared among the complex, not private to the unit.

• Another condo is available for rent in the same complex—perfect for larger groups or added convenience.

• This unit does not come with a boat slip. Guests may call the Eleven West office to inquire about renting a slip or trailer parking. Slips are not guaranteed and are first come, first serve.

o All HOA managed amenities are monitored by the HOA through video surveillance.

o Guests have access to the HOA amenities; however, please note that these facilities are managed and maintained by the HOA, not by us. While we do our best to keep you informed, we cannot guarantee the availability or condition of these amenities, as maintenance, repairs, or temporary closures may occur without prior notice. Outdoor pools are seasonal and may be closed based on the time of year. PET POLICY

• This home is pet friendly! We allow a maximum of 1 pet per stay — dogs only. Only dogs under 30 pounds are permitted; this policy is in place to help protect the property and ensure a safe, comfortable environment for all guests.

• Please note that an additional pet fee of $25 per pet, per day applies and is not included in your final booking cost; to arrange payment, please contact our Customer Care Team after booking. • Pets must be well-behaved, house-trained, and under the control of their owners at all times; excessive barking, aggressive behavior, or disturbances to neighbors are not permitted.

• Pets may not be left unattended in the property unless secured in a crate or carrier.

• Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets both inside the rental and in surrounding areas; any damage caused by pets will be charged accordingly.

• Pets are not permitted on furniture, including beds and sofas — please bring your pet's bedding or crate for their comfort.

• Guests are responsible for complying with local leash laws and pet regulations; pets must be on a leash when outside the rental property.

• Pets are not permitted in the pool area at any time.

• Failure to comply with this pet policy may result in additional cleaning fees, damage fees, or, in severe cases, termination of the rental agreement without refund.

There are many things to see and do in the area including golfing at one of the many championship courses, swimming, or a boat ride on the lake, or hiking and biking one of the many scenic trails. There are also several shops, restaurants, and bars in the Village, making it a great place to spend an afternoon or evening.
