We were there for Rose Parade. we had seats in grandstand and were able totake Uber for 20 BUT house is located 4 blocks from from end of parade route so we saw end of parade again.Also walkable to Float fest (view floats day after parade). Kitchen could use some restocking: chipped plates, only 4 glasses/cups, no salt, oil... Clean quiet, off street parking. “

„The little cottage was very clean and in a great location. Would definitely stay again. For us there weren't any paper products except TP. Tissues or paper towels would have been welcome. Also, the bed is quite soft, but it just added to the snuggles. “
