„The stay is good, check in is smooth n check out. The only things is last time they do provide free shuttle bus but now is being charge 7Rm per person. You can prebook the shuttle bus online at 6Rm per person. Since there is no free shuttle bus provide hence there is no need to book hotels around there. Is inconvenient to go anywhere. Overall the stay is good except for the shuttle bus service “

„All was good except the check in instructions had a bit of communication error. Tower 6 was not able to find at the main swimming pool deck. Collect of keys was disrupted and caused some delays. Wifi at tower 6 unit was not there, no access at all. After feedback, the admin arrange another room at tower 2 for the 2nd night. Which was much better than the 1st night. Thank you. Overall was a pleasant experience.“

„The description is completely wrong. It says 5 minutes walking to Genting Theme Park which is one and half hour far from the Park. Need to be corrected! “

„Check in time STRIGHTLY starts at 3pm, although arrive earlier also need to wait till the time. Property is clean, neat & tidy. i booked 3 bedrooms condo due to we have 8 persons in this trip, all feels happy with the stay.“

„The apartment was clean and comfortable to live in. However, body wash and shampoo weren’t provided adequately even though the ‘big’ bottle was placed in the bathroom. The bathroom was a bit dirty too as I could see stains on the floor. Another thing was the water heater didn't function well. The water was so cold!“

„Die Unterkunft hat die Erwartungen nicht erfüllt. Im Gang roch es nach Abfall, im Hotel gym konnten nicht alle Geräte verwendet werden. Im Zimmer waren die Kopfkissen nicht Sauber. Man hat sich insgesamt nicht wohl gefühlt und für den Preis erwarte ich etwas besseres “

„The road leads to the condo was quite bad as there were many constructions along the way. The property site seems to be safe with parking and living with comfortable bedding. The downside : the dining table top was simply a pc of wood flame and the dining chairs were stained with ?? coffee probably“

„Ac didn’t cool / mold on the wall and floor of the shower/ sink did not drain/ construction work around the area very hard getting to the place with all the trucks and road was very bad / the building was old and needed a face lift and the swimming pool was not being cleaned properly.“

"Schöner Aufenthalt in einem guten Hotel. Frühstück war gut und das Hotel ist teilweise neu renoviert. Etwas verwirrend ist, dass die Rezeption im 12 Stock ist. Sonst alles gut in dem Zimmer. "
