The Space:
Greenhood Cottage is a delightful beach home that comfortably accommodates up to 5 guests + pets. The residence has a large, bright kitchen with full-size appliances and convenient bar seating that seamlessly transitions to the dining and living areas. Guests will love the dining room’s wrap-around windows designed to take full advantage of the breathtaking ocean views, and quick escape to the beach through the sliding glass doors. A wood-burning fireplace in the living room provides the perfect spot to warm up on days when the ocean water is a bit chilly.

The home’s 2 bedrooms are perfectly set up for families, with a king in the master (which has a partial ocean view) and a twin-over-full bunk in the 2nd room. A large 4-piece bath has plenty of space to accommodate all after a day in the water with a glass shower cabin, soaking tub and extra hooks for beach towels. There is also a nice-sized laundry room with a washer, dryer, sink, and direct access to the patio for easy cleanup.

Greenhood Cottage is all about outdoor living with wonderful options all around to enjoy the fresh sea air. The property’s beautifully landscaped front yard is the ideal place to relax and soak up some rays when not at the nearby beach. Here you can watch the sunrise with a cup of coffee and even eat breakfast on the front deck with the ocean as your backdrop. Additional outdoor living can be found in the fully fenced backyard complete with a children’s play area and firepit. Prepare hamburgers or the fresh catch of the day on the grill then dine alfresco while watching the kids and pets play on the lush green lawn.

In addition to the home’s wonderful features, the property is only 100 meters from the beach and just a short drive from all the renowned parks, family-friendly experiences, and penguin parades Phillip Island is known for. Must-see highlights include Phillip Island Nature Parks, Antarctic Journey, Rhyll’s boardwalks, and historic Churchill Island.

Other Things to Note:
The cottage has a private driveway with undercover parking, accommodating up to 2 vehicles. Additional vehicles may park on the street, however, blocking or parking in neighboring driveways is strictly prohibited.

We hope you have lots of laughter and fun times during your holiday! However, as this home is in a residential area guests must be mindful and keep noise to a minimum, especially during nighttime hours.

Please note that the island does not have Fixed Gas Lines and we have to get it in by bottles, if a bottle runs out during your stay, please let us know and we will get it replaced.
