„Clean room, gym was good, staff super helpful“

„Stains on some of the furniture in the common areas. The bar & Grill was suppose to open by 4pm and by 5:30 still had not opened.“

„I will never stay at this place again. I was supposed to stay there all week. I canceled after Monday night and only stayed one night because the room which was ferocious. The door had been kicked in either by an occupant or the police. They never fixed it it was the shadiest place I’ve ever been in in my entire life.“

„I am always staying there for work trips to Richland, the rooms are spacious and the kitchen has most of the necessities.“

„Breakfast was delicious. And yes it was open early and closed late, 6am-10am. It was prefect for what we needed and loved having a coin operated laundry incase I needed it. I didn’t. But loved having the option of it. I left my key card in the room and didn’t have the app downloaded, so I went to the front desk, she knew who I was, and what room I was staying in. That’s dedication if you ask me. I literally only saw her once the day before hand…and she still remembered me.“

„Der Highway neben dem Hotel war sehr laut. Besonders die Trucks und deren Compressionbreakes. Weiter ist das Hotel komplett Pet friendly - es gibt keine Non-pet rooms.“

„Everything about the room was great, but after "quiet time", i.e. 11:30pm, a herd of young people and adults were gathering in the hallway, talking very loud and running.“

„Very clean room, loved that they had a make up remover packet. Shower nice loved the hair dryer. Staff friendly. Breakfast good...“

„Very attentive staff and clean rooms“

„Bekanntermaßen ein altes Hotel. Es war aber sauber, die Betten gut. Leider war der Pool nicht aufgeheizt und der Apfelsaft bei Frühstück hatte einen üblen Beigeschmack. Die Bedienung hat das nicht weiter interessiert. Die Lage des Hotels ist toll.“

„Everything looked good but the room had a weird smell. Bad not overbearing . We had to use air freshener“
