Welcome to your Sun Valley retreat! This fully renovated 3-bedroom condo offers the perfect mix of comfort, convenience, and resort access. Walk to Sun Valley Village, the Pavilion, shops, restaurants, skating, concerts, and recreation, or hop on the nearby shuttle to Bald Mountain.

Inside, enjoy high ceilings, large windows, warm finishes, a cozy gas fireplace, full kitchen, WiFi, and plenty of space for up to 6 guests. Step onto the deck to relax with peaceful views with local wildlife.

Guests also enjoy access to the Sun Valley Inn pool and Olympic pool. In winter, you’re close to Dollar Mountain and world-class skiing on Baldy. In summer, enjoy biking, hiking, tennis, pickleball, golf, concerts, and miles of paved paths right from your door.
The first-floor primary bedroom features a king bed. Upstairs, two guest bedrooms each offer two twin beds.

Access to Sun Valley Inn outdoor pool (year around) and the Olympic Pool (summer only, closes on September 13th). Discounts on golf, tennis and pickleball. Max of 5ppl at a time.

Dollar Meadows / Dollar Mountain area
Quiet, resort-focused condo neighborhood adjacent to Dollar Mountain ski area and short walk to the Sun Valley Resort village. The immediate vibe is alpine/residential with mixture of seasonal visitors and full‑time residents. Nearby highlights: Dollar and Quarter Dollar ski lifts, Sun Valley Village shops and restaurants, trails and the Sun Valley Golf Course; Ketchum is a short drive away for additional dining, galleries and services.

Local transit & walkability
- Mountain Rides (free local bus) serves Dollar Meadows, Sun Valley Village, Ketchum, Warm Springs and the airport; regular year‑round routes and winter ski shuttles make the resort area car‑optional.
- The Dollar Meadows condos are within easy walking distance (5–15 minutes ) to Dollar Mountain lifts and short bike/walk/drive to the Village.
- Roads are maintained year‑round; winter driving may require snow tires or chains during storms.
Car services & rentals
- Rental cars available at Friedman Memorial Airport (Hailey) and in Boise/Salt Lake City for longer drives. Rideshare options are limited in the valley—prebook local taxi or shuttle for arrivals outside bus hours.
