„Our stay was great even though it rained 3 days we were there the house is very cozy and if you open up all the blinds it’s like you’re still sitting outside! If you have a dog this is a perfect place to set them up with a long lead and let them hang outside with you or walk the property with them which our dog never got old of! Definitely will be staying here again in the fall. “

„Stayed here as a family of 5 to go skiing nearby. Place is cute and our kids liked the bunk bed room.In winter, the house was really cold and drafty though (standing at kitchen sink, air blows cold onto one’s feet despite having heat on in the house). During our stay, the pipes froze so we didn’t have water for a period of time. The host was responsive and did send a plumber - however he ended up leaving the front door open when he left.. „We had a great time. The tent and toilet were clean. We appreciated the water provided and the cookware. The only thing to note is that there is a bit of walking on a rocky trail before reaching the campsite (not next to the parking spot). The river was fun to explore but can be difficult for younger kids to get to. The campsite is close to Minnewaska State Park, very convenient. “
