„Our family came together for my daughter's wedding in Carpenteria. I was looking for a place with space - and this turned out to be a great option. My 88 year old father loves a good sundeck - and this was perfect. He sat outside and enjoyed the ocean view every day. The 3 bedrooms were great - even has 2 king beds! „This is a very nice two bedroom property. Its safe, clean and comfortable. There is a lovely view of the ocean from the kitchen, dining & living room. Highway 101 is about 3 blocks away, so there is some noise when the windows are open, but its cool on the coast at night and the bedrooms are at the back of the property so we had no trouble sleeping. „If you are looking for a place to stay near Santa Barbara, you can’t ask for a better place than this. A quiet little sanctuary with a Bali feel. Property manager was very communicative in every way from responses, recommendations, check in and check out. Our family felt very comfortable. „Gemütlicher Bereich lädt zum Entspannen und relaxen ein. Man darf keine Probleme Mit Spinnen oder Tieren haben. „Great property and everything as advertised! Initial musty smell went away after we had the windows open. Definitely made use of the beach chairs and umbrella at the beach. The kids loved making fresh lemonade every day with lemons from the lemon tree just out back!“

„Very cozy and comfortable...it's on the small side, so was great for this trip, since I was traveling solo. Neighborhood is convenient to the freeway, but still nice and quiet. It doesn't have windows, other than in the door, so it doesn't have views or lots of sunlight, but is a great place as a basecamp in S.B.“

„Wow! We just had an incredible stay at the BOHO House in Hope Ranch. Meghan was an attentive, super host! Our home away from home was chic with impeccable design and comfort. I never sleep well when I am away from my bed. But the BOHO house had the most comfortable King size bed. I slept great every night! Total game changer! "Kostenlose Parkmöglichkeit, hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Auch der tolle Außenbereich mit Teich und Pool ist sehr schön. Ein ganz ganz ganz besonderes Lob möchte ich der Dame beim Frühstücksbuffet geben. Es ist Wahnsinn wie sie das alleine im Griff hat, sie ist wirklich ein sehr herzlicher Mensch, unglaublich fleißig und macht das Frühstück zu einem sehr positiven Erlebnis. Besonders gefallen hat mir, dass es Tische im Außenbereich gibt. Das war toll. Ein in n out Burger ist übrigens fußläufig erreichbar, das hat die Abende nett gemacht."
