The granite kitchen island has 2 bar stools for additional seating. *Covered balcony - THIS is a perfect spot to wake up and start your day watching the sunrise and the blue waters change to turquoise. There is a table with 4 chairs to enjoy the ocean breezes and viewing the frequent egrets and pelicans soar by. Look down at the canal and you have a pretty good chance of spotting some manatees swimming by. *Spacious Bedrooms: Two cozy bedrooms designed for comfort, ensuring restful nights after your adventures. There is a King size bed in the primary bedroom with ensuite full bathroom and stand up shower. This room has a flat screen TV and closet space for storage. A Queen size bed is located in the guest bedroom has a balcony for your guests to step outside and relax with a cup of coffee in the morning or star gaze at night. There is a TV located in the guest bedroom and full size bathroom with tub/shower combo located just outside the room in the hallway. There is a futon in the living room for additional sleeping accommodations as well as a queen size air mattress. *Outdoor Oasis: Enjoy the massive 56-foot concrete seawall, ideal for the BIG boats or two smaller boats - perfect for fishing, sunbathing, or simply enjoying the gentle ocean breeze. Boating from Venture Out is what avid fishermen and boaters are looking for with deep water and quick access to the Atlantic Ocean side or gulf side. The dock is equipped with heavy duty dock posts, cleats, water hose and electric. *Downstairs Patio - The covered downstairs patio area is a great spot to cool off after a day in the sun, enjoy the ocean sounds on comfortable outdoor furniture that includes 4 sun loungers, 4 Adirondack chairs & a small table. Located inside Venture Out on Cudjoe Key. A separate Registration Fee of $125 (subject to change) will be charged by Venture Out at time of arrival. This fee must be paid with cash or credit card (4% credit card fee will apply). Parking for 1 vehicle per Unit. This vehicle must fit on the driveway and not extend out to the road. If your vehicle does not fit when you arrive, you will need to see the guard gate for an additional parking pass for the overflow lot which costs $5/day. Extra parking permit may be available at the Guard Station for an additional nightly fee for a maximum of 14 days depending on availability. Must follow all the Rules and Regulations during your stay. Boat trailer parking is also available on a first come, first serve basis for an additional nightly fee. If the overflow parking is full when you arrive, no worries, we work with several other nearby storage lots. Main guest must be 25 years of age or older and will need to email a copy of your drivers license to the Rental Manager after booking has been accepted. The vacation rental agreement must be signed and returned within 24 hours of booking acceptance. There is a 4% credit card processing fee. **Due to ongoing electrical upgrades within the community, some amenities may be unavailable during your stay, and there may be interruptions in electrical service during repairs. Our stays was fantastic rating 98%.The accuracy of online listing failed in regards to the bikes and kayaks available. Of the 4 bikes, only 2 were rideable. 2 tires were flat on 2 bikes. I took the 2 of the good tires and fitted them on one of the bikes. As for the 4 kayaks, only 1 was usable. I fixed the back rests on 2 of the 3 remaining kayaks. By fixing the nylon straps the are used to restrain the back rests. We had 4 adults wanting to use the bakes and kayaks.

This is a nice RV park/cabin waterfront community. It’s a perfect setup if you have a boat. We do not but it was still a great time. Kayaks and bikes could use a little fixing but other than that everything was great.

This place is fantastic! The morning view of the sunrise is spectacular! The condo is stocked and ready to go! Very Clean! And I repeat VERY CLEAN! The community has great activities and we used the bicycles. Beds were wonderful! This was our second trip to the Keys and much better experience than first! Book this!!

Beautiful views as the property faces east to see sunrises and moonrises. 4 kayaks included to adventure on the bay and paddle around Venture Key and Out Key (Venture Out). The mooring whips are greatly appreciated as the constant east wind tends to push the boat up against the dock. Nice marble counters in the kitchen. We did most of our fishing at the confluence of Kemp and Niles channels in Cudjoe basin. Caught mangrove, mutton, and yellowtail snapper; underslot red grouper; caught a 3 foot goliath grouper in 8 feet of water (what?!!), brought it the back of the boat and released unharmed. Got out to the reef on the Atlantic and limited out on lobster in 5-10 feet of water snorkeling. Would definitely consider renting this property again.
Suggestions - consider repairing the bait freezer for use - us fishermen appreciate being able to keep bait frozen for > 1 day.

Really can’t beat the views here. Southern facing balcony, gives you a beautiful view of the Atlantic. The photos are accurate, you can jump off the balcony into the ocean. The unit is clean and updated. Stocked with everything you need. Sea wall if you are planning on bringing your boat and anchoring out back. Venture Out was fine. Gets some mixed reviews on other forums, but they were very responsive to us. It’s a unique community, a mix of RV and manufactured homes. Has its own convenience store and even small marina. I believe negative reviews my be due to the restrictions on the RV community. But I could be wrong. If you want to have access to key West but also want to lay low, this is a great location. About 18 minutes from big line key and 20 minutes to Bahia Honda. 30-40 minutes to Key West, depending on where you’re going. Looe Key, about 6 miles south in the Atlantic, was one of the best snorkeling I’ve done. I saw 2-12 foot spotted eagle rays, Goliath grouper, black tipped reef shark. Need to get a charter to get out there. Bahia Honda hosts regular trips there for cheap, about $24 per adult. Really a great place to get away from it all. You can just sit out back, soak up sun or just kayak if you want.

This is our second stay here and we wouldn’t stay somewhere twice if it wasn’t excellent! Great water views, very nice gated community, and some great restaurants and bars close by. Plenty of sun to lay out on the dock and plenty of peaceful nights on the deck overlooking the water. We could sit out there all day and watch the boats go by in the channel right in front of the deck. The owners are very responsible and helpful. You won’t be disappointed if you choose this house!

The view was lovely and the selling feature. The king size bed is comfortable. The weather was great. The pool down the street is very nice. It was great to have the convenience of the little store down the street. The balcony overlooking the water was nice. It was nice to be close to Key West. There was lots of information on where to go and what to do.
The kitchen was ill-equipped for regular eating/cooking.
Four of us never could sit in the living area comfortably together. The furniture is really for two people.
The smaller bed squeaked terribly and the sheets didn't fit so they were always coming off.
We felt very safe because it is a gated community. So we were uncomfortable to have several cameras on the outside of the home. The owner knew we moved a chair (accidentally not knowing the property line) where it didn't belong and contacted us immediately. It felt creepy to us, quite frankly.

The views from the covered balcony are priceless. We watched the sun rise every morning and the moon rise at night. The house was immaculately clean upon arrival and had all necessary amenities. Jim and Linda checked in with us by text before our arrival, after our arrival, during our stay, and prior to our departure. The storage area under and in the rear of the house with a freezer was perfect for keeping our bait and fishing equipment. The beds were comfortable and the unit is uncluttered and modern. There is a constant breeze off the water and it was fun to fish and swim right from our dock. It’s evident that the owners take pride in their property and keep it well maintained. We will be back!

We had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful property for 8 days in Feb 2022. It is a lovely quiet location with extraordinary views. The views are every bit as beautiful as they appear in the photos. We were mesmerized!
The home was well supplied with everything we needed to be comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped and we ate in often, enjoying the views. We had a couple of heavy bags when we arrived so we really appreciated there being an elevator so we did not have to carry them up the stairs. What a wonderful perk!
Communication with our hosts was excellent. They sent a welcome note with hints for good places to shop nearby and checked with us a couple of times to make sure everything was OK.
We highly recommend this property. You won't be disappointed!

Prior to our arrival I called Venture Out to ask what the procedure was to contact the owners for the usual questions in regards to what was supplied at the rental unit, what we would need to bring with us and to get some recommendations about the fishing at the unit, local fishing charters and restaurants.
Let me say we are veterans in renting vacation properties and also have had a vacation property listed with VRBO in conjunction with a real estate agency for over a decade until we recently sold it earlier this year.
Instead of being treated by Venture Out in a courteous and professional manor to our inquiry I was subjected to a brutal flurry of the rules, regulations, notice of the additional charge upon arrival which was not mentioned on the VRBO site and to my astonishment told that we would be watched the whole time we stayed at our rental unit.
There was no problem with the unit. It was nice and what you should expect for the cost. It was left in the same condition it was in when we arrived. The crew at the gate when we checked in were friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and seemed to like their jobs. There was a serious noise problem no fault of the owners. The next door neighbor ran a power washer all day Sunday and Monday a maintenance crew began running a concrete power saw and had hauled in a back hoe to repair a section of dock which had sunk on the other side of our unit. After speaking with the crew supervisor they postponed the work until Tuesday which was the day we departed. Thank you for that.
This was our fourth two week trip to the Keys since 2014. There are hundreds of beautiful places to rent in the Keys. We will find other accommodations in the future. READ RULES & REGULATIONS PRIOR TO BOOKING!!!

We love this property and had such a wonderful stay 😊 We spent a lot of time fishing off the concrete wall and caught a bunch of fish! Almost everything you need is provided - towels & washcloths, blankets and pillows, dinnerware, washer & dryer. We were very impressed with the accommodations and the Venture Out community. Jim & Linda are fabulous hosts - they provided us with great recommendations and checked in (via text) throughout our stay. We definitely plan to come back and stay in this house again! Honestly we had the perfect mix of swimming, fishing, and relaxing. And we were close to several state parks and Key West. 10/10 recommend!! Thank you Jim & Linda 😊🏝🐠

This property is perfect in every way. Most true to description and photos I've ever stayed. The location couldn't have been better as it was middle ground from all the places we visited! Jim and Linda are very quick to respond with questions, concerns, suggestions and any other needs. We hauled our jetskis from Dallas and their property made it easy to dock our skis when we were having land adventures. We will definitely stay here for any future trip we plan to the Keys and have already shared with multiple friends.

This property was just as it was advertised: The views are even more gorgeous than the photos. The neighborhood was very quiet and the accommodations were perfect for four adults. The location was great too, as it was relatively close to both Bahia Honda and to Key West. We hope to come back!
