You're just a short drive, 7 minutes from the charm of Okanagan Lake, and 45 minutes to the local Ski Mountain Apex for hiking, and any winter activity under the sun. If you're into nature walks or leisurely bike rides, this is the place. And when you feel like exploring, Penticton is just 20 minutes away, with Kelowna about an hour's drive.

The hot tub is located in the front yard (lakeside). Definitely recommend using the hot tub at night, the stars are spectacular.

Appliances: The usual appliances are provided: microwave, induction electric element, electric baseboard for home heating.
