„The hotel was nice. The food was good. The room and particularly the pillows had a very very strong disinfectant smell that was very irritating to the nose and throat. I pit the pillows in the closet and put my own blanket beneath my head to sleep. Woke up with a sore throat and a headache.“

„The staff were phenomenal. I chose a sea view room, and was blown away by not only the view, but the quality of the room overall. The food at the restaurant was delicious, and there were events to keep us entertained, as well as several food and drink options within easy walking distance - Marley's Signature was particularly noteworthy. I'll most definitely stay here again, it was a wonderful stay. A big thank you to the entire team at Novotel Lampung!“

„The staff was extremely nice and helpful, the room was very clean and spatious (with a good size bed), and the breakfast had great Indonesian offerings, plus good coffee and freshly squeezed juices. The swimming pool was clean and pleasant to swim in. The laundry facilities were good. The hotel is conveniently located across from a modern mall and next to one of the light rail stations.“
