„First at all I have to admit that I have choosen this place because the brand Mercure should garanty some standart. I have prooven wrong. Beside the unexperianced staff the quality of the place is not reflecting my experiance in other Mercure hotels. The room was really nice/clean. The rest wasn't. One of the most irritating details was the poor breakfast.“
„The room ok, the Tv channel isonly from antenna,so it blurry, the sink always clogged, the shower hard to control the temperature, this side of hotel only on weekdays,if you want to stay on the better room at the new building, only open in weekends,so don’t expect 4-5 star on weekdays.“
„Outstanding service and great food in the restaurant.
Room relativly simple and came into it's years - mildew in face joints in bathroom. Furniture already in its years, but fine. One can not compare the aprearance of hotels in big metropolis or Europe, but for local levels great.

„This is a very old property with ZERO maintenance. We stayed in villa # 306 and 307 and spent our maximum time in calling maintenance staff only. Toilet flush not working, sewage water no drainage, wash basin no drainage, lot of mosquitoes, AC not working, etc. This property is not worth staying for a holiday, it will spoil your mood and money. The pictures shown on internet are not real, far from reality. There is no beach, just rocks. I spent 2.5 million IDR just to waste my holiday.“
