„First at all I have to admit that I have choosen this place because the brand Mercure should garanty some standart. I have prooven wrong. Beside the unexperianced staff the quality of the place is not reflecting my experiance in other Mercure hotels. The room was really nice/clean. The rest wasn't. One of the most irritating details was the poor breakfast.“
„The staff were phenomenal. I chose a sea view room, and was blown away by not only the view, but the quality of the room overall. The food at the restaurant was delicious, and there were events to keep us entertained, as well as several food and drink options within easy walking distance - Marley's Signature was particularly noteworthy. I'll most definitely stay here again, it was a wonderful stay.

WhereI have an issue is that it seems something this size has been built to accommodate international guests, and the staff's level of understanding and speaking English was quite poor. I would have thought this would be a paramount requirement. “
