„On arrival we were told that VRBO "should have never allowed us to book". 20 minutes of waiting later, they told us it was their msitake and we did indeed have a room. The room itself had stained walls, food on the wall in the kitchen, paint spray spatter all over the kitchen appliances, no pans to use in the oven and dirty dishes in the cupboard. Breakfast is laughably bad as well. Old microwaved pork sausage and bagged eggs were the mainstay. We will never stay again. “

„Clean, comfortable, quiet, safe and convenient.A great place to start the day with coffee pods provided.A near by grocery store to provision our selves for breakfasts and dinners. A comfortable place to return to after touring D C. Our 22 and 18 year old grandsons enjoyed their own bedrooms and the fire pit. The kitchen had what we needed. Beds were comfortable. “

„This apartment is right across the street from the historical Hill Center that hosts free community concerts weekends through the summer. The location is 5 minutes from the Eastern Market and all kinds of incredible shops. The apartment is cozy, clean and private. Judy and Paul are so lovely! Highly recommended “

„This is a lovely little home, close to all DC amenities. It's much bigger than it looks on the outside. The owners have included everything you will need to make your stay pleasant. We traveled with an older relative who has trouble with stairs so this split foyer was great for her also. The neighborhood is quiet and great for morning walks or runs. If you need a place to stay in the DMV you should definitely consider this home.“

„Had a great stay in DC. The owner was very communicative and the many clean well-separated rooms were great for our purposes. Had a few repair issues (towel hooks were falling down) but nothing that impacted our enjoyment. “

The pictures don’t capture the charm of the home and we were pleasantly surprised! Our host, Cherrye, was fantastic. She was responsive from the initial booking and throughout our stay. „The house was huge accommodated all our 12 members nicely. All newly renovated areas look good. The check in and checkout was easy and they even provided us an extended checkout time. Lot of space in common areas especially useful with kids, nicely renovated kitchen and comfortable beds. Close to dc and zoo.“

"Ein tolles Hotel. Die Lage ist top. Man ist super schnell bei allen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Unser Zimmer war sauber und hatte eine Standardgröße für die USA. Ich würde euch empfehlen, dass Frühstück mit zu buchen. Für den Preis bekommt man es woanders nicht besser hin und man hatte eine schöne Auswahl."

"Ein sehr gutes Hotel mit tollem Personal (besonders Salomon und seine Kollegen vom Valet-Parking!) und unser Zimmer war sehr schön! Die nächste Metrostation ist gleich um die Ecke und die dort fahrende rote Linie bringt einen direkt nach Doentown. Toll ist aich, dass sich direkt neben dem Hotel ein Biergarten namens "Wundergarten" befindet. Sehr leckeres Bier! Achtung bei dem Supermarkt an der Ecke, der hat zumeist Apothekerpreise... Das Hilton Garden Inn Washington D.C. Capitol kann man auf jeden Fall gerne nehmen!"

"The best place to stay in D.C.. Have been staying there for business travel or vacation for the past 20 years and will come again. Cozy clean rooms, extremely friendly and helpful staff and a location you can‘t beat, right between Downtown and Georgetown, and the Metro just steps away. Love this Place!"

"Klasse Unterkunft mit super bequemen und riesigem Bett. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder hier übernachten. Die National Mall sowie das Weiße Haus kann man zu Fuß gut erreichen. Lediglich das Parken vom Hotel ist sehr teuer (48$ pro Tag)."
