„They stayed in touch with us from the day we booked until the we checked out. Always willing to answer questions about the home or the area. The home was a dream for those visiting family or the local tourism areas. All the amenities, a great kitchen, comfy beds and so much more. A must stay when you're in the Charleston area. “

„A very cozy and clean experience, from start to finish. The one concern we had going into this was the shared bathroom, however, it was well maintained and clean throughout the entire trip. Communication with the property manager was fast and thorough every time! 10/10 would recommend to anyone going to Charleston. “

"Schöne, geplegte Anlage; Kage wunderschön; Zimmer geröumig; Pool gut; Essen ebenso /// Verbesserungsvorschläge: Kompetenz der Mitarbeitenden (v a. Recéption) erhöhen - oftmals Studierende mit wenig Ahnung im Einsatz (Sommerjob); zudem kulanteren Ungang bei Fehlern seitens des Hotels"

"Lobby super toll. Zimmer keine 4 Sterne . Fenster gehen nicht zu öffnen nicht zu klappen öffnen !nichts ! Keine Minibar! Blick auf Chaos Baustelle. Frühstück gebucht Kontinental mit Vorfreude auf normales Frühstück wie üblich Hotel Eier Brot usw usw . Dafür lag Tüte morgens an Tür . Etwas Obst , winzige klein Croissant Muffet. Kaffee Pappbecher !Happy Hour wurde durch andere Weinsorte , was uns nicht gesagt wurde nicht anerkannt , mussten vollen Preis zahlen!"
