„Very cool property! We very much enjoyed our stay at this coastal Castle. A lot of upscale amenities. Very convenient to the beach as well as the town center. Enjoyed the balconies as well as the pool. There was plenty of room for four adults and two teenagers. Well decorated, keeping with the historic vibe of the chapel. A lot of room for group gatherings inside and out.“

„Our son and dangler in law were married on Saturday at Destination Goldbug, so our immediate family of 7 adults and one toddler stayed at this lovely home. While the bathrooms are dated, the home has a lot of character and is very beachy, cozy. The bedrooms are spacious and outfitted with very nice bed linens with plenty of extra pillows, blankets, towels, etc. The bedroom and bath have plenty of towel hooks/racks and nice closet space. „The location and layout were great and we would definitely return. The check-in process and communication were excellent. The only feedback we have is that the ant issue in the kitchen is real in spite of us not leaving any food out and some maintenance is needed in the upstairs bathrooms as one of the doors has broken hinges and doesn’t close and a shower door is off the track. Overall, the property is beautiful and we enjoyed our time there. “

„The house is large and the living space is good. It’s an older home that needs some upgrades. The musty smell as you enter the home should be addressed. 9 bedrooms sleeps a bunch, but only 1 small bathroom for 4 bedrooms on the second floor is inadequate. We stayed during cool weather but the house is set up well for a summertime visit. “

„My daughter and I started this traditional last year when she had her last baby and we did a girls' getaway for a long weekend. Loved this beach house right on the beach with great views, nice porch to the side and perfectly situated on Sullivans Island. Easy 35 minute walk into town and restaurants and 8 minute drive to grocery the opposite way.We may have to book this every year. Perfect place for a family of 3-4!“
