There was plenty of space to walk them without feeling like we were right on top of the cottage next to us (which is common for spaces on MDI)! The cottage was well-equipped with all we needed, and plenty of items to make it easy to prepare meals at home if wanted. „Located conveniently close to Acadia NP and Bar Harbor downtown, the cottage was a neatly modernization space that efficiently fit our small family with young kids. The space was clean and the host was super friendly and accommodating. It was nice having an open grass area and play structure for our young kids to use. We also enjoyed having the fire pit and picnic bench. There are several cottages apart on the same property that would be a fun way to do a family reunion.“
