House Rules

No smoking or vaping indoors or in the game room shed – $250 fee for violations

No day visitors or extra guests – $100 fee per unauthorized guest

No EV charging on property

Bring your own firewood/lighters for fireplace use (Duraflame logs recommended)

Flush often due to low-flow toilets; do not dispose of wipes or foreign objects (guest pays plumbing cost if clogged)

Quiet hours: Respect neighbors and local noise ordinances

Security

For safety and weather monitoring, exterior surveillance cameras are installed. Cameras do not record interior spaces.
