„Overall, this COULD BE a great rental if the owner cared for the house and improved communication. It took me four months to get a response to revise our stay dates but we were finally able to about a month before our stay so it worked out. There were no hand towels in the downstairs bathroom nor hand soap. And no paper towels. But still those were things we could deal with. Our biggest problems were the fact the AC unit for the second and third floors didn’t work, and I mean the thermostat was ...
