„Beautiful room, awesome views, lots to do and eat nearby“

„This is the second and the last time I stay at the Palmer. I like the proximity to certain landmarks and the beds were comfy but other than that, the bathroom wasn't clean, there was a lot of hair in the tub, the shower faucet handle was filled with black scum on the inside. There was also a piece undone metal on the bottom of the vanity that scraped my kid's foot. There was no complimentary coffee/tea which added to the disappointment. I was too tired to ask for a different room with 2 kids ...

„Excellent location and excellent service, the room was always already cleaned when we've got back. We had a perfect stay in Chicago. We could reach almost everything we wanted to visit by foot and anything else we reached by one of the many trains or busses stopping nearby. One downside of the hotels location is the heavy traffic on the roads next to it, so it can be quite loud at night, but I would say the noise is nothing out of the ordinary if you are used to living in a busy city“
