After several intends to come to a solution during our stay with the service provider the option provided to us were that we could book another apartment and to pay fully for the already rented apartment as well as the other apartment. We stated numerous times, and this was even suggested by one of the agents of the service providing company on the first attempt to change the apartements, ...

„Like: The property was newer, nice appliances bathrooms washer etc. Clean sheets Dislike: Floors and walls dirty. Carpet on stairs disgusting. 32 steps to get to the upstairs. No end tables or dressers in bedrooms No kitchen table or chairs or pots and pans or dish towels etc... Bare minimum or none at all, accessories or supplies.“
