„Clean & new rental. Nicely decorated. Full kitchen. Host is quick to respond & professional. Quick walk into town. Safe. Only negatives: can easily hear neighbor’s conversations & Tv (above/below/next door), not a great view from porch, no coffee maker (electric water kettle & sleeves of coffee was available). We brought our own coffee & coffee press. Overall, would stay again. Perfect for hiking the Wichita Mountains. “

„My initial arrival the apartment was not cleaned at all. Did not look like anything was swept, dusted, wiped off, dishes done, anything. There was trash still leftover from the previous tenant(s). I was not placed in my original booking, and when trying to add dates I could not get clear communication. I asked to speak to the property manager and never got through. „We had a great experience staying here for my husband's birthday! The place was very nice, clean, and exactly as described. The property manager was quick to communicate and made everything really easy for us. The property itself was quiet and peaceful, which we really appreciated. While the neighborhood wasn’t the nicest, it wasn’t bad either and we felt comfortable throughout our stay. Overall, this was a wonderful experience and we would definitely stay again!“

„Very cute property!! The only we had personally were the stairs to the room. Very steep and we were 65-70 yrs in age. We did not attempt the rooftop. If we had know beforehand we would have searched for a bottom unit. Otherwise it bead very nice and efficient!! Within walking distance to downtown! I would recommend this place!“
