„I left my cold cup in the room. We were 20 minutes away from the property. I called and explained to a young lady that I was returning to get the cup. When I got there she was at the front desk smiling and handed me my cold cup. As far as our stay there, we have booked another stay at this motel in a couple of weeks.“
