"Das Hotel liegt in einer sehr schönen Anlage direkt am Meer mit Strand. Sehr gutes Frühstück und eine gute Speisekarte im Restaurant direkt am Meer. Tolle Zimmer mit gutem Komfort. Die Schwäche dieses Hotels ist den Kundenwünschen betr. den Zimmern zu entsprechen. Wir waren schon 6 Mal in diesem Hotel und nie hat eine Reservation geklappt betr. Zimmerwunsch!!! Die können das einfach nicht. "

"Bereits nach dem Betreten des Flughafens wurden wir vom Personal des Hotels in Empfang genommen und zu einem Boot geführt. Dieses sollte uns in wenigen Minuten zum Hotel bringen. Um das Gepäck kümmerte sich das Personal. An Bord gab es sofort eine kleine Erfrischung. Im Hotel angekommen, wurden wir zur Rezeption geführt. Dort fand der check in statt, dieser dauerte leider ungewöhnlich lange. Danach wurden wir unter vielen Erklärungen zur Hotelanlage zum Zimmer geführt. Hierbei handelte es sich um ein freistehendes Gebäude mit uneinsehbarem Garten. Darin befand sich ein kleiner Pool, zwei Liegen und eine Couch. Zudem war er schön bepflanzt. Das Wasser im Pool war sehr sauber und glasklar. Das Zimmer war sehr groß und mit allen nötigen Dingen ausgestattet. Ausreichend Steckdosen waren überall vorhanden. Durch Trennwände ließ sich das Schlafzimmer abtrennen. Das Bad war ebenfalls sehr groß und mit großen Fenstern zum Garten ausgestattet. Beim Duschen hatte man einen Blick in den Garten und auf die Palmen dahinter. Vor dem Haus befindet sich eine zum Teil überdachte Terrasse mit Blick auf den Strand und das Meer. Der Strand wirkt täglich gereinigt und ist phantastisch anzusehen. Mit dem Safe im Zimmer trat ein Problem auf, dieser ließ sich nicht schließen. Innerhalb von Minuten war ein Techniker vor Ort. Da er das Problem nicht lösen konnte, wurde der Safe innerhalb kürzester Zeit ausgetauscht. So mag ich Problemlösungen. Das Hotel verfügt über drei Restaurants, eines davon hatte"

"The staff was great, the room was small but everything was in there that you need. The pool area was great too. You can just walk there from the airport. It is literally across the street. It was a little noisy because my room was towards the highway."

"Zuerst das Positive: Das Personal war ausnahmslos freundlich und zuvorkommend. Zu unserem Zimmer: Die gesamte Anlage ist mehr als in die Jahre gekommen. Gegen "alt" ist auch nichts einzuwenden - wenn es sauber ist. Unser Zimmer war schmutzig - vor allen Dingen im Bad waren Staub und viele Haare zu finden. Es roch muffig und schimmelig, die Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr eingeschränkt. "

"Very nice resort and despite the school holidays and being fully booked it didn’t feel crowded (other than maybe at breakfast). What stands out is the amazing hospitality of the staff and the true Fiji friendliness everywhere in the resort. The food while good and plenty of choices was maybe more 3.5 to 4 stars I would say and the buffet breakfast and dinners feel rushed at times but this might also be because it was fully booked. What was amazing was the extra mile the restaurant staff went for my daughters birthday. We brought some decoration and the staff made a wonderful birthday table which was beyond any service I have seen anywhere. Also there is a lot of Fijian culture integrated into the evenings and feels really authentic and not touristy which was great. What is a bit disappointing is the water sports and snorkeling provider which is an external company. They are rather unorganized and there is no clear schedule what tours take place when and also many of the theoretical offering wasn’t happening despite us staying 10 nights. They want to talk you into rather expensive private charters or jetski tours rather than offering group activities such as snorkeling or sunset or day cruise. We also used the Spa for four treatments. All very professional but missing a bit a Fiji touch in the Spa and the treatments could really have been anywhere in the world. Overall a good hotel that I would stay at again. "

"Booked one hotel room for four people incl. breakfast. The booking confirmation clearly stated that the breakfast for four people is included (which was also confirmed twice by Expedia staff). The hotel has refused to accept the reservation and double-charged the breakfast for two kids. Several attempts to clarify the situation (incl. documents and support from Expedia) failed, the hotel insisted on double-charge. So if you want to be screwed over, this hotel is right for you! Otherwise: Good location, nice beach, friendly personnel The facilities and rooms are partially run-down and not functioning (jacuzzi, showers, etc.). Bad service processes: reception (see above), room service did not manage to clean the room on two days and it took three calls just to get the fresh towels."
