„Price/Value ok. Check-in process could be a bit faster but the room capsule was clean also the shared bathroom and shower facilities were surprisingly clean. It's a good option to grab some sleep if are on a stopover at Kuala Lumpur Airport. Note, that he Capsule Hotel is at KLIA2 (low cost carrier terminal). „Für einen Flughafenaufenthalt mit ein paar ruhigen Stunden auf einem Bett ein idealer Rückzugsort. Check-in problemlos, rasch und freundlich geklappt. Was ich aber ziemlich unverständlich finde ist, dass es keine Duschmöglichkeit und zwei, drei separate Toiletten gibt. Platz hötte es meiner Meinung nach genügend und für diesen Preis dürfte dies zu erwarten sein.“

„Das Kapsel Hostel an sich war sehr gut. Es wurde alles sehr sauber gehalten. Die Kapseln waren nicht zu klein. Ich habe mich nicht eingeengt gefühlt. Die Duschen & WC wurden sehr sauber gehalten. Die Stadt an sich war sehr voll mit Touristen und Pattaya hat mir nicht so sehr gefallen. Das Restaurant in dem Hostel ist wirklich sehr gut! „Hotel is in dire need of renovation. Dirty, smelly, yellowish and smelly towels. Bed linens are yellowish. Wall paints are peeling and yellowish, window frame has problem closing the pane. Toilet is disgustingly dirty. Slow service. I do not know what happened to this hotel. It was the best accommodation in Bromo 30 years ago. “
