„BOTH of our tvs did not work. Despite them stating “someone” is coming out to fix it, no one came by on any day of our 3 night stay. They hand out a tip sheet noting no smoking within 25 feet of the building. The live-in manager smokes constantly right in front of the lobby door. „The first thing that greeted us through the lobby doors was a giant cockroach that scared my young daughters. The rooms were standard and okay. But upkeep and maintenance has not been maintained. The lid of the ice bucket was broken, corner wall protector was falling off the wall. The mirror of our room was dirty and chipped on the edges.
