„This house really is incredible. The spec and finish of all the rooms and facilities are first class. The hosts were very helpful and made us feel welcome and at home. I’ll 100% be coming back here next time I’m in Plymouth. “

„We had a lovely time, Elaine and her husband were very welcoming. The accommodation had everything you needed. We sat and watched the boats go by from the balcony. Walked to the local pub which was very nice and over the bridge to meet some friends. Cute location good value for money.“

„Property has a great location and fantastic views. A particular feature was the sitting room with large sash window. Inside property a little tired and would have benefited from an extra bathroom given it can sleep 10. We enjoyed our stay.“

„We had a nice stay at the farm. The children enyoyed the time in the playroom and with the animals on the farm. Beautiful surrounding, but a little bit of the grid.“

„The property was spacious and clean with amazing views over the river however there were slight difficulties with the parking it is in a lay by round a bend on a busy Rd going past the property although the host advises parking outside to drop luggage off but this was not easy to do. The layby could do with a mirror opposite to see ongoing traffic as you drive in and out. The host was very helpful with any extra questions we had and we would stay here again. out“

„The property was lovely - clean and spacious. Very nicely maintained with some fun wall decor throughout the house. Access was a little challenging up a spiral staircase although this was clearly stated at booking. Due to this, not advisable for elderly/frail people.“

The owner does provide an accurate location before checking in however. Fantastic week in a beautiful location, will hopefully return one day.“

„We had a fantastic stay in this beautiful house in a unique spot. Great views of the sea, just minutes to get to the beach and got surfing or go for long hikes along the beautiful coast. ....and then relax with a drink on the balacony. Comfortable beds, lots of space in the living room and a well equipped kitchen. Perfect. We loved our stay here and are thinking about coming back! Just the highest recommendations from us all - teenagers and adults!“

„The house has been decorated to a very high standard, but the reason for my booking was the use of the pool. The property is sold as a pool holiday (rare in the UK), but the pool was not usable in a safe manner, with loose tiling and sharp edges. You advised me that there were 'a few loose tiles', but only after payment had been made. „There was black mould in bedroom 3 and in the bathroom. This meant we had to move the bed as black mould is dangerous. The fridge was off when we arrived and took a long time to chill. There were no teaspoons. No hand towels anywhere and the bed springs had gone in 2 beds. The sheets were so old they were rough and bobbly.
