„There were snafus with the check in. The customer service helped me well but it was a delay in 30 or so minutes to access our two units. The place wasn't cleaned on a certain schedule which is challenging and then you run out of garback bags and toilet paper. It's a great spot for business, and closeness to things like grocery and pubs. I'll stay again for sure. It's a really nice flat for what it is. “

„The flat itself was very good. A great location, big and airy, a bit shabby chic but nice. The service from the local agent (PlumLocations) was terrible. We confirmed availability of, booked, and paid in advance for a late check-out but they unilaterally cancelled at short notice, without offering any mitigation such as somewhere to store our suitcases and hence leaving us nursing bulky suitcases for a couple of hours. Pretty shabby customer service.“

Sowohl in Küche (sogar Backofen) als auch im Wohnbereich ( Videos und Bücher),im Bad und Schlafzimmer (extra noch Decken und Hygieneauflage im Bett) alles da was man brauchen könnte. Appartement reicht über 2 Etagen. Oben in den Schlafzimmern Balken vom Dachstuhl zu sehen: gefällt uns.Zwei Bäder: Eines mit Dusche ...

„Communication was great. Apartment easy to find from directions & entry was simple once i got my head around the key codes. Apartment was clean & well appointed. Little bit of wear & tear but nothing to detract from the comfort & location. Have already booked up for my next stay in one of their other apartments in the same block.“

„Wir kamen sehr spät abends an und wurden von Sally sehr freundlich empfangen. In Bezug auf Service und Herzlichkeit gibt es nichts auszusetzen. In Bezug auf Sauberkeit der Betten und Qualität des Frühstücks sollte man aber nicht zu heikel sein.“
