„Die Zimmer und das Frühstück sind sehr gut. In der ersten Nacht wurde mir trotz City View Buchung und Silber Status ein Zimmer mit Aussicht auf eine Betonwand gegeben. Dieses wurde dann aber am nächsten Tag auf meine Nachfrage hin zu einem ordentlichen High Floor getauscht. Einen Abend wurde uns vor der Nase einfach die Hotelbar geschlossen, ohne Nachfrage oder Möglichkeit zu einer Bestellung für ein letztes Getränk. „The suit room was impeccable. There are not much options close by for restaurants, but we tried both restaurants in the hotel and they are quite good. The only disappointment was that one of us was not feeling well and needed more rest. We asked for a late check out for one hour, before we head to the airport, and it was declined. At hotels at this level, I would expect more accommodations at customers’ need.“

"From the moment we arrived, Karlie made sure we felt welcome and comfortable. She was always ready to help us throughout our stay. The hotel had a wonderful blend of traditional charm and modern style. Renting an electric scooter provided by the hotel was easy and allowed us to explore the area at our own pace. We initially worried about getting around without a car, but many attractions are easily accessible by foot, bike, or scooter. The region offers a variety of tourist activities, yet still feels authentic and not overly commercialized. A highlight was the proximity to the evening river show. On one occasion, dinner was kindly prepared for us even after the restaurant kitchen had closed. We always felt well cared for and would not hesitate to book again for a future visit. We hope to come back some time in the future! Thank you Karlie."
