„This is more than a walkout basement apartment. There are windows in most if not all rooms. Very private, and the owner has thought about a lot of details to ensure you have everything you need. In addition to laundry and dishwasher pods - the bathroom has cotton balls, q-tips, etc - it was really a nice touch to make you feel at home. Nice decorated as well, and ample cookware. “

„The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. The bedrooms were very comfortable. The kitchen was equiped with everything needed and the basket with spaghetti, sauce, and snacks was a nice touch. The location is very quiet and worked out well for visiting family in Colorado Springs and all other activities we had planned.“

„Great place to stay, the only thing I didn’t like was the shower in the basement, not much pressure and it didn’t drain so you stood there in the water. Very comfortable king bed, I loved it! More towels and Kleenex would have been nice but not a deal breaker. I would definitely come stay again!! Thanks so much for your hospitality!!“

„Recently remodeled, tastefully decorated. Great and prompt communication with the host. 10 minutes from the Peterson SFB Visitor Center/Gate. 10-15 minutes from a pile of interesting restaurants on Powers. The kitchen (my interest at VRBO rentals) was complete! You can pretty much cook anything. However, the free spaghetti dinner and the microwave popcorn was a nice touch by the host. Thanks! We would certainly rent this unit again.“

„OMG!!! LOVE! LOVE! LOVE THIS PLACE. From the ease of check in and the beautiful views, this was a gem in the mountains of Colorado. Rick and Mindi were wonderful hosts who thought of everything From the beautiful kitchen to the super comfy bed, this place has it all. I especially enjoyed soaking in the clean and spacious hot tub before bed and then waking up and brewing a nice cup of coffee and sitting on the private secluded balcony, watching the sun rise on the foothills of the Rockies... ...
