„Quaint little house! Easy communication and contactless entry. Privacy screening between main house and rental was thoughtful. Just fyi the Murphy bed is in the front room with the kitchen and love seat, so only one private room, but two double/queen size beds. Had dishes to eat off of and silverware.“

Amazing views from the porches..Water access is via outside spigots like campgrounds, except they were being overwatered by sprinklers using non- potable irrigation water that you had to get wet accessing, otherwise it was the sink in the bathroom. Sprinklers over sprayed the access road to the cabins, not ideal on a motorcycle. Two bathrooms were creatively installed under a grain bin, however, the only vent was an open window exposing you to showering ...

„We had a wonderful stay! Nice and clean, and each group had their own room. Of course, 2 bathrooms are always good. There was plenty of room in the living room and kitchen. We loved exploring the property, especially the chickens. The fresh eggs were great. Great communication and we had everything we needed. So close to Royal Gorge and nice stargazing, too.“
