„After some misunderstandings with the hotel we had initially booked for that night we booked a night here on short notice. We were nicely welcomed by the family that operates this hotel. Their son, who was circling the parking lot on his bicycle, even guided us to the entrance. Everything seemed to be newly renovated, so our stay was an overall good experience. „Great location, Frisco is a cute little town, preferred it to Breckenridge. Cute little place. Parking is on the back side, 15 Dollars, reasonable. Didn't like that the window in my room couldn't be completely closed/locked due to the AC, and that the window was right next to the balcony of the next room. Luckily I got to know my neighbours and the woman at check out listened to my concern, love that!“

„Staff was friendly. But we had issues in pur room daily. First the air conditioning leaked from a blocked condensation line. They came and fixed it but left the soaked pillow and water all over the floor running under the pullout bed our kids were sleeping on. Told them about this, but still Noone was sent to clean up. „Great location to the lakes, comfortable bed, good amenities. It was clean and we appreciated the soap and shampoo in the bathroom/shower. Good shower water pressure and TV and cable selections. There is no real view other than other backyards. A couple of opportunities to improve - the outdoor furniture was dusty and dirty which made it impossible to enjoy the outdoor space, the bed is a double not a queen (queen frame which took up most of the bedroom space).“
