„wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Kamin gebucht. wir hatten uns auf den Kamin sehr gefreut. Was wir vorfanden war jedoch eine große Klimaanlage aus Metall, die mitten im Kamin stand. Der Kamin konnte dadurch nicht benutzt werden. In der Buchung hieß es :Entspannung am Kamin. Von einer Entspannung kann man hier nicht sprechen. Hätten wir dieses bei der Buchung gewußt, dann hätten wir das Zimmer niemals gebucht.“

„The place I stayed at was very convenient. I was attending a conference. There was covered parking. The only things about the room I didn't like was the bathroom shower and the bed and pillows. A little money spent on those items and the place would be completely different. I understand why they want two bathrooms, but remodeling them into one nice bathroom would be so nice.“

„We were right at the foot of the mountain with access to gondolas, roller coaster, go karts, mountain bikes and a million little shops and restaurants - If that’s not enough, 5 miles from Frisco for even more fun....It was very family friendly and awesome!“
