„I stayed for 4 nights and I was very satisfied with this establishment. I was given the downstairs floor space that had three rooms and two bathrooms. It's a great location, close to town, and walking distance from a pharmacy and small shop. The staff was very kind and responsive. The building was clean and cozy. „We stayed here for 3 nights, from the time we check in easy communication with Hannah she also ensure us if we need anything just let her know she will try accomodate our needs. We booked queen double bed for 2 adults 1 child (5yr old) we love our room so cosy. We were lucky to have the whole villa to ourselves for 3 days. „I stayed in Suva for a meeting. I was looking for a hotel closer to the center of town at a reasonable price and I found Townhouse Apartment & Hotel. They were so friendly and helpful. I checked-in early which was okay, no fees at all. The room was so clean and spacious and the view from my room was amazing-- overlooking the ocean. „Paid for 2 x family vila and got 2 x standard rooms. With broken showers. Stain on bedsheets. 1 x smelly towel. Aircon remote in 1 x room didn’t work and the other room had water leaking from aircon pipe. Worst experience for me and my guests in my birthday. Need a refund for my downgrade that never happened. Music going on till 10:30pm. I was then shifted to a room at 11:30pm as they couldn’t find a remote control to turn the ac off. Please avoid this vila at all cost.“
