"Das Personal war super nett und es gab sogar einen Weckservice für Nordlichter. Das Frühstück war ausreichend gut. Die Zimmer waren schön und sauber. Die Lage war super zentral in Vik. Den Stern Abzug gibt es nur weil die Zimmer zur Straße hin etwas laut sind, ansonsten alles wirklich top."

"Overall, our stay at this hotel was good. The rooms were a decent size, clean, and the staff were friendly. There is neither a supermarket nor any restaurants in the surrounding area, so this is something to keep in mind if you are considering staying here. The hotel’s restaurant offers fine dining, but if that’s not what you’re looking for, you can also eat at the bar. The spa area is great, although a little small. We stayed for two nights and saw the Aurora on both. The hotel offers a wake up call for that. Unfortunately, the one thing that went wrong was an incident one evening when I saw another hotel guest entering my room. Apparently, there had been some kind of mix-up. I was standing there in just a towel when she suddenly walked in using her key card. This incident took away from the overall experience and left me feeling somewhat uncomfortable and less secure for the rest of my stay."

"We had a wonderful stay! The room was really nice, clean, and comfortable. The reception staff were very friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. The location was excellent and made it easy to enjoy the area. Overall, we had a great experience and we would happily come back again!"

"We stayed at KEX Hostel for the second time and were pleasantly surprised to see that they now have an elevator. With heavy luggage, this makes getting to the upper floors much easier. The hostel is still very stylish, full of character and has lots of great little details. Everything was clean, the staff were very friendly, and the location is excellent – the city centre is within easy walking distance. Another big plus is the affordable parking right in front of the hostel, as it is in a low-cost parking zone. We also made good use of the shared kitchen, which was very convenient. Overall, another great stay – definitely recommended!"
