„CNZ house is well located. Unit B is spacious, well equipped, fresh, clean, warm and very comfortable. The large conservatory room is a bonus when the sun is out, with table and seating at one end, and as a drying room with excellent clothes airers at the other end. My husband enjoyed the super sized TV in the lounge area. The kitchen has plenty of storage, and all you need to cook with. A lot can be stored in the large fridge freezer. The laundry, just off the kitchen, has a butler pantry ...

„Beautiful property with great views. We loved watching the fireworks from the balcony. It's a short walk... hilly... but short.Cleaning of bathrooms could have been better as I found body hair in the shower that wasnt mine. But overall it was great“

„Such a great wee get away spot not too far from Dunedin city. 2min walk to the beach and it is beautiful even on a miserable day. Has everything you could need for a week away with a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and laundry. Fire heats the whole house but there are also lots of other heating options. Friendly hosts and the property was clean and tidy and well looked after. Looking forward to our next trip already!“
