„Check-in time was 4:00. Arrived to check-in at 4:15, but room not ready. I was told I’d get a call when room was ready. No call. Went back to front desk at 6:00 and was able to check in. My Aunt (in wheelchair) was with me. Having to wait 2 hours after check-in time to get room was a real inconvenience. I also requested a handicap accessible room but was told none available. Disappointing. “
„The property was very spacious. We did have issues with flies getting into the home from a huge gap in the front door, we had to stuff a towel in it to prevent flies from coming in. There were also huge flying roaches on the back patio so we weren't able to enjoy the outside. Lastly, neighbors dogs and cats barking and crying all night, didn't get much sleep. The house has a great layout with plenty of space. A shame we couldn't enjoy it more.“
