„Accurate to listing. Easy access to interstate making it central to all areas. Driving in you do see some homes that make you question the neighborhood, but it was incredibly quiet & we felt safe at the property. Host was responsive. The home accommodated 2 adults and 2 children well for a brief stay. The kids appreciated the toys that were available (there were few and some were broken) The "play area" in the backyard is best suited for young toddlers, so we didn't use it. But it was nice to ...

„Nice home, close to stores and freeway, good communication. Beds were very comfortable! Pillows were not comfortable for us as they were quite tall. Not a complaint, just something to know if you are used to a lower pillow height. I definitely recommend staying here. “

„First this place is convenient for being right downtown Sac. There is adequate parking. The bbq was not user friendly. The neighborhood is quiet at night. However, my sister did have to go spend about 150 on cleaning supplies as the floors and countertops (which are wrapped in a plastic wrap with a design) were dirty. „Poor communication as to the place being canceled on us at the last second ruining our whole weekend stay. I had to reach out, just to find out it was being canceled due to a water leakage the owner knew that morning already.“

"Teuer ist es ja, aber deswegen auch nicht gut. Wenn man mir noch 10 dollar für eine internetverbindung abknöpft, frage ich mich schon, ob da was nicht stimmt. Ein freies wlan hatten wir auf unserer kompletten Reise in jedem Hotel, warum im teuersten dann nicht ? Außerdem sollte man den Architekten einmal befragen, was er sich bei den Lichtschaltern im Badezimmer gedacht hat. Da kommt man nur ran, wenn man im Dunkeln die Tür schließt. Die Klimaanlage lässt sich nicht anders einstellen, als das die einen im Bett permanent anbläst. Tolle Konstruktion. Sorry, aber das Hotel , ist das Geld nicht wert. "

"Super Platz für Sightseeing. Hotel ist sauber und freundliche Leute arbeiten hier. Parkservice wird angeboten. Leider war unser Zimmer (11221) laut, da wir zum Innenhof das Fenster hatten. Hier befinden sich die Kühltürme der Klimaanlagen und laufen 24/7. die Fenster dämmen leider nur sehr wenig die dumpfen Kühlgeräusche. Zugleich arbeitet im Zimmer ein Ventilator (Luft nach außen) sodass beide Geräusche das Einschlafen erschweren. Dann noch der Wecker mit der Weckzeit 6:00 des Gastes zuvor. Hyatt in Europa ist anders als in US. Frühstück wird zum Tisch gebracht und beinhaltet eine 22$ Pauschale. Der Rest ist kostenpflichtig. Sehr freundliches Personal und die Sauberkeit macht das Hotel empfehlenswert. "
