„If you want a quiet slice of VA/Potomac waterfront, this is the place.“

„This was my first VRBO experience and I loved how easy it was. The cottage is rustic and simple but that’s exactly what I was looking for. I ended up not making it to the winery, but it was an easy drive into Colonial Beach and over to George Washington’s birthplace. And a cozy place to curl up and read during the afternoon thunderstorm!“

„A great rustic private place in the city! It looks fairly new. We had plenty of hot water for three of us! Fridge, a/c work well. Very quiet; no traffic noise! Might be a better place for only 2 people. It is difficult to get to the bathroom during sleeping hours from upstairs if the sleeper sofa is out. The bed upstairs is nice but the sleeper sofa is noisy and not really flat. Sleeper sofa works fine if you put the mattress on the floor. Great place for 2 people!“
