„While checking in I had to wait 45 mins just to check in because there was no one at the front desk. The first room we were assigned to had German roaches in the room and we had to get moved to the other side of the hotel after being offered to get moved right next door where we literally saw a German roach. I was disappointed in this property.“

The breakfast is awesome, and my kids loved the indoor pool. The room was nice. The plants in the lobby and pool room are gorgeous. The hotel is in a perfect central location. Every staff member I dealt with was super nice.“

„We booked a king size room and it was mossing 2 nightstands and a desk. You don’t realize how much you need them until you don’t have them. Also only had one chair to sit in. After a long drive - we just wanted to relax. The hotel itself was dated but clean. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good.“

„Absolutely beautiful house. Minor issue upon check in, the wrong entry code was given prompting us to reach out to guests services. Once the host was contacted, check in was simple. Other issues included the linen in two of the bedrooms were not changed from previous guests. Master bedroom and children’s bunk beds had previously used sheets on the beds. The floors throughout could have been mopped prior to our stay, we noticed upon walking barefoot and with white socks on. The master shower had ...
