„Muy mala experiencia, teniendo confirmacion y reserva por mail de hotels.com , al llegar a pucon, llame para informar que llegaria mas tarde de lo informado y me dicen del hotel que mi reserva no existia y que ellos no trabajan con hotels.com. llame para que me solucionaran el problema, hable mas de 10 veces y aprox 4 horas con hotels.com y no tuve solucion. Quede con mi familia en pucon abandonado sin posibilidad de ir a otro hotel o cabaña ya que estaba todo full. Tuvimos que dormir la prinera ...

„Secluded home with all modern conveniences. It was both clean and orderly. The communications with the home owner and the local property caretakers was fantastic! The hot tub was a real treat, and having the caretaker fire up the wood burner and prepare the tub was no small task, well worth the added expense.The road to the house was easy, and Marianne was there to greet us and show us around when we arrived. We highly recommend this place for a more upscale stay and experience! “
