„Without a car there are no shops close. With two other couples in the basement--using the shower or washroom was a nightmare. It seemed to be occupied constantly. I have a minor disability and stairs are a major task for me. The entrance is through the garage, Up three stairs, then you are request to remove your shoes. The place is clean and the neighborhood feels safe.
