„Nice place big balcony on a warm night was great to sit and chill“

„Good location, just a lot of construction when I stayed and when I asked staff what ammenities they had ie slippers etc, they weren’t very helpful. Took asking 3 different people to get a proper answer“

„A hidden gem tucked away in an unexpected corner of South Melbourne. From the moment you enter the lobby, you’re transported into an elegant, thoughtfully designed retreat from the bustle of the city. Our room was spacious and beautifully considered, with luxurious amenities that made the stay feel special. „Sauberes Zimmer. Gute Lage“

„Sehr gute Lage, modernes Zimmer, wir waren sehr zufrieden. “

„While the location is convenient, the cleanliness of our room was appalling. It was extremely dusty—from the bed and shelves to the carpets and upholstery. The furniture was visibly stained, and we even found crumbs from the previous guest on the chairs. Most shockingly, the floor was filthy; it clearly hadn't been vacuumed or cleaned, as it was covered in dust, crumbs, and old coffee stains. This level of neglect is unacceptable for a hotel at this price point. We expected far better standards.“

„Very attentive staff and clean room.“
