„Lin is a very friendly front office worker (owner), who speaks excellent English and gave a detailed welcome tour of the cold spring. Lin also provides extra towels and a pillow as requested. The hotel floors are brand new and rooms have good AC. The cold spring bath was clean and we really enjoyed it. Amazing value too!“

Delicious breakfast in the morning that had a good amount of local dishes that shouldn’t be missed. Quick Uber ride to Luodong Night Market that has to be a stop during your time here. Loved the hotel. Will definitely stay again when I come back to Yilan. “

„Das Hotel liegt nahe des Bahnhofs, die Umgebung ist jedoch sicher und angenehm. Die Umgebungsgeräusche nimmt man im Hotel nicht wahr, ich habe so auch ein Erdbeben in der Nacht nicht mitbekommen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Ein Parkplatz ist in unmittelbarer Nähe nutzbar. Das Frühstück wird in Kooperation mit einem Familienhotel der Gruppe angeboten. Hierfür muss man einmal die Straßenseite wechseln. Das Frühstück fand ich jedoch nicht so gut. Insgesamt ist das Hotel ...

„Hotel was ideal for family, especially with young children as the hotel has activities to keep them occupied & most importantly happy. Excellent service from the check-in counter staff, Jasmine, whom assisted with all our queries. “

„房間舒適清潔，還有小陽台可以看風景發呆；目前因應疫情，早餐為入住當天線上點餐，隔天早上會準備在1樓，再自取；房間內無快煮壺但備有保溫壺，可到該樓層電梯旁飲水機裝熱水；住宿處外有空地及圓環，這次很幸運沒遇到下雨，小朋友可以盡興的騎腳踏車，這裡也有室內遊戲間，可以讓小朋友好好地放電“

„整體來說都很棒，有遊戲室可以玩，有小汽車可以開，遊戲室的小姐姐也會陪小朋友玩，有些美中不足的點是早餐時間應該提早跟客人確認，到了飯店才確認只定的到早上七點的早餐太早了，遊戲清潔時間建議可以改成1點和六點，然後10點結束，遊戲時間稍微長一點，房間內廁所衛生紙太少常常用不夠，應該要多準備一組備品，整體來說還是很棒，只是我再挑惕一些小細節。“
