„The stay was short (2 nights) but a great location for seeing the OBX. The host very quick to respond and maintained great communication before and after our stay. The home was very clean and well stocked even with a coffee bar! The ocean is very close and although it was a little stormy out the first night, we felt safe and secure. „The stay was great even though the weather wasn’t the best. The house was nice and the location was great. There are a few maintenance issues that should be addressed such as a loose board on the deck and the shower curtain rod needs to be permanently attached so it doesn’t fall on someone else’s head. We would stay here again on our next trip to the Outher Banks if it was available.“

I wanted to be near things as the efficiency did not have a kitchen but did not want to be around people. I took my dogs and just wanted a relaxing time. „This was our second visit and it was every bit as wonderful as the first time. Unfortunately there were no dolphin sightings but that was the only disappointment and was nothing to do with the home. „If you’re thinking about renting this house, do it! You will not be disappointed! Like the other reviews mentioned, this house is so clean. The seller always responded within minutes of sending a message. One bedroom with king bed, one bathroom and laundry room are down stairs. The other 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, kitchen, and living room are upstairs. The seller has bistro lights around porch rails so arriving after dark helped us see. I will rent again!“

„This studio apartment had everything we needed and extra. Diane was great to communicate with and eager to make sure we had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen worked well for our short stay. Even though there are no windows there is lots of lighting and mirrors. It was an easy walk to the beach. „We enjoyed our stay but the hotel is old. The room had a musty smell, the bath tub had rust spots and black marks. The bathroom was dated and there wasn’t a handheld sprayer in the shower which is nice if you’re a woman. To access the balcony (we had an oceanfront room), you have to open an exterior door and step over a tall threshold. For the price of the room I did expect something a little nicer. “
