„We only stayed for 3 nights but enjoyed our time. We easily commuted to Skye each day for wonderful hiking, returning to a cozy home by the water. Anna was wonderful, there was an issue with the internet, we didn’t even know was a problem until she reached out with a plan to have it fixed. Before we returned from hiking she had dispatched her local contact to fix the issue. We loved the efforts Anna took to maintain the original feel of the home, while updating where necessary - best shower!!! ...

„Large spacious and cosy house. Wonderful scenery around the village, the gateway to the Isle of Skye 20 minutes away, and what feels like the only chocolaterie in the whole of Scotland within walking distance. Of course, as almost everywhere in the Highlands, you should have a car with you, as public transport is not as frequent as you might be used to in cities.“

„Das Haus ist zauberhaft und durchdacht. Das EG großzügig und Licht durchflutet mit riesiger Küche. Oben 2 Zimmer mit Dachschrägen. Das Zimmer mit dem großen Bett hat ein gefangenes Duschbad mit niedriger (180cm) , schmaler, angeschrägter Zugangstür. Als 2m-Meter-Mann kommt die Duschhöhe ans Limit. „We had a lovely stay at Geds hosue Bunloyne. Contact with Ged was always very good and we always got quick responses. We have been a group of 11 persons and the house suited as well. Enogh space and equipment for all of us. We can strongly recommend the house and Ged as a host.“

Die Lage für Besuche auf der Isle of Skye ist gut, da man die Fähre nutzen kann. Die Umgebung ist wunderschön um kleine oder auch größerer Wanderungen zu unternehmen. Auch die Nähe eines Pubs in Fussentfernung hat uns sehr gefallen. Kleinere Einkäufe kann man in Dorfshop erledigen. Größere Einkäufe müssen gut geplant sein, da man ca. 9 ...

Aufgrund der permanenten Wärmeabstrahlung ist der Aga Ofen im Sommer bei warmen Temperaturen etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Insgesamt aber sehr empfehlenswertes Haus.“
