„It was a perfect stay“

„Front desk staff excellent. Room was dirty had to go dollar tree get cleaning supply for tub. 1 wash cloth in the room. Ice machine on floor 5 wasn’t working. Breakfast gave as if the cook was lazy no fruit, cold eggs, no juice of any kind. The place also needs to be remodeled asap.“

„The hotel was a good value; the room was spacious and clean. However, the toilet was running all the time. We had the option of having a maintenance person do the repair or move to another room in the middle of the night.“

„Just need better parking“

„Large room, like bar and restaurant downstairs“

„I had a wonderful experience at this property.“

„Great place to stay. The staff was very nice and accommodating.“

„The rooms smell heavily of smoke. I booked a non-smoking room. I requested a new room because the smell was so bad and the new room was almost worse.“

„Clean room“

„This is really an exceptional hotel at a very reasonable rate. I don’t say that often. The staff were incredible at every interaction. I highly recommend this hotel if you need to stay north of Cincinnati.“
