„Very clean and had everything we needed“

„It was just ok. Location was excellent for us which is a big plus but let down by poor communications (no response to phone calls or emails at all). Check in instructions were sent, but after check in time. I wanted to confirm the arrangements upfront as it was getting to the stage where I thought I would need to arrange alternative accommodation. In addition, the flat itself was frankly, filthy. „The flat was absolutely beautiful. Very quiet and spaceous, at least in the living room. The beds were a tad small for 2 people but comfy. Sadly, the bathrooms need a little bit of work. They are both impeccably clean and you feel right at home but in the smaller bathroom the shower handle on the door was ripped off and in the bigger one the pipe of the shower head was leaking causing a bit of a mess on the floor each time you were in the shower.
